How does the My Wash Club App work?
The My Wash Membership app allows you to manage your car wash membership. You can view your wash history, update your vehicle information, manage your profile and billing info, and cancel or suspend your pass — all directly from your phone. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to get started.

Can I cancel my Monthly Wash Pass at any time?
Yes. You can cancel or suspend your membership at any time directly through the app. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months. When you cancel, your pass remains active through the next renewal date but will not renew thereafter.

What happens if I cancel and re-enroll within 30 days?
If you cancel and re-enroll within 30 days, your re-enrollment date will align with your previous subscription cycle. You will be billed as a continuation of the prior month, not as a new start date.

Can I use my Monthly Wash Pass for multiple vehicles?
The monthly wash pass is valid for one vehicle only. You can add additional vehicles to your plan through the app. If another vehicle uses your pass, it will automatically be added to your family plan and you will be charged an increased monthly fee for each additional vehicle.

Are there any restrictions on the Monthly Wash Pass?
The monthly wash pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months. The operator reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program as necessary.

What happens if the car wash is closed for maintenance or bad weather?
The operator reserves the right to close the car wash without notice for maintenance or adverse weather conditions. These closures do not qualify for refunds or credits on your monthly wash pass.

Will I receive notifications about my account or promotions?
Yes. By enrolling with your email address and cell phone number, you consent to receive email and text communications regarding your wash pass account, car wash operations, and marketing activity. You can unsubscribe at any time, but doing so may result in losing access to automated alerts regarding your account.

The app collects location services access, app analytics, notification services, payment information (credit card and payment history), and personal information (name, phone number, and email address). This data is used for account management, car wash operations, and marketing purposes.
